The Daily Telegraph reported that a Vietnamese female student was hit by rape in front of her home in Burwood. In the early hours of December 10, 2017, the victim walked home from a working restaurant. Just as she walked into the driveway at the door of her house, a man rushed over and knocked him to the ground.
After that, the man took off his victim`s clothes and photographed nude photos, and threat said she would send photo to fb if she dared to call the police.
Frightened female students tried to escape, and Sim grabbed her head and dragged her back as she ran half-naked into the middle of the street. Later, Sims stuck the victim`s neck and rape her.
Fearing that Sim would drop off his killer, rape`s female student gave him her bank card, fb account number and cell phone number. Sim sat in the driveway smoking a cigarette, and then leave went to the scene.
Immediately after Sim leave, the victim called his boyfriend and told him to go home immediately. Court learned that the victim cried and told her boyfriend: "one thing happened to me. If I told you, would you still love me?" She also told her boyfriend that she wanted to go back to Vietnam.
Surveillance footage showed Sim running over his pants towards the Burwood CBD area before withdrawing money from the victim`s bank card on the ATM. Police found the cigarette butts left at the scene of the crime and extracted the suspect`s DNA information.
On December 12, 2017, at 04:30, Sim attacked another woman near Burwood Westfield. Surveillance footage shows Sim covering the victim`s mouth from behind, then pushing it to the ground and slapping her several times.

The victim said Sim had asked her to hand over her money, but kept shouting for help, and Sim fled the scene in a hurry. At 02:30 on December 13, the police finally reached Sim., who was drunk in Strathfield arrest.
When he was arrest, he was wearing the same T-shirt as rape`s first victim. Police officers found the same brand of cigarettes left at the scene of the crime and the bank card of the first victim.
During the November trial, Sim pleaded guilty to kidnapping, serious sexual invasion, causing physical harm to others and deliberately suffocating others to sexual behavior`s accusation. In addition, he was charged with unauthorised filming of private photo and threat dissemination, robbery, fraud and serious assault causing bodily harm.
The Australian Border Service suspects that Sim is still a "black citizen" and will appear in court next Monday at court in Parramatta.
