On Wednesday afternoon, (Jarvie Park), 46, a sex criminal, approached and threatened the brothers and another 11-year-old boy at Javier Park in (Marrickville), Marikville, Sydney.
Police said Bresley was arrested at about 3 p.m., when he kicked a man, a woman and two police officers and spat at them.
Briesley has been charged with three counts, including seducing children under the age of 14 for sexual acts, assaulting and threatening police, stalking, intimidation and aggressive behaviour. He was denied bail at (Burwood Local Court) District Court. He will appear again by video on May 1st.
The judge said Briesley faced serious charges.
Briesley was understood to have been jailed for sexual offences in 2013.
