The video is reported to have been taken in a busy train car in Melbourne. The video shows two young white women arguing with an Indian woman sitting opposite. The exact cause of the controversy is unclear, but, according to commuters, it is "disgusting".
As the Indian woman sitting opposite seemed to ask the white woman to stop staring at her, the scene began to get intense.
