A man stumbled naked and injured on the streets of Carlisle (Carlisle) in Perth South on Friday night. Police have arrest two men suspected of torturing him, and the two men are father and son.
Robert Allan Exell, a 52-year-old, was held in Perth in Perth yesterday for the prohibition of the freedom of others and two wrongful acts or omissions, according to a report released today (Western Australia).
It was reported that their terrible behaviour included forcing the victim to take off his clothes, and stinging him with a knife and a hatchet, forcing him to take a bath and shaving his hair and beard, one of whom also asked the victim and the other to have sex. After an hour of torture, the victim finally escaped, and at about 8:30 the night, he was full of blood, screaming for help at the corner of the f orong Road.
Resident Callum Hamlet told Table 9 that he heard the victim`s scream getting weaker. ``I heard someone calling for help, but it was more like a low language. Like someone tried to squeeze out the voice. ``
"It really scares me. I can`t go to sleep that night. I`m just wondering if we`re going out for help, and what to do with something bigger?"
After the police arrived at the scene, the investigation was carried out and a search was conducted on a nearby apartment building on Sunday night, and Robert was arrested on the spot. The police are believed to have found a bag of the victim`s clothes in the apartment.
Robert`s 30-year-old son, Raymond Exel, was wanted for arrest yesterday and accused of detaining others` s freedom and two wrongful acts or omissions, in Perth`s court on Tuesday.
The victim is still being treated at Royal Perth Hospital and is in stable condition. (Enyo)
