A Sydney man was jailed for teaching his 4-year-old daughter to play with a gun and videotape.
An astonishing video shows a Sydney man handing over a dangerous pistol to a young daughter to play and encourage him to shoot, according to Radio 9.
The gun involved .45 caliber pistols, and the man photographed his daughter shaking the pistol and pretending to shoot. The 33-year-old man then took a pistol and pretended to shoot his daughter. The disturbing game repeated several rounds.
In July last year, police randomly stopped the man for a breath test and found him driving without a license and holding a forged identity document. Police immediately arrested him, searched the car and mobile phone and found the video. Also, the man held a series of photos of illegal guns.
The man, from Reeves than (Revesby), is now sentenced to two years and eight months in prison, and can be released on parole as early as March next year.
Australian gun-control advocates severely criticized the father`s actions.
