Comprehensive Australian media reported that there was an arson and stabbing terrorist attack in MelbourneCBD yesterday afternoon. After a man ignited a fire in (Bourke Street) on Burke Street and detonated his pickup truck, he stabbed several people and launched an attack on police, and was eventually shot by police officers. He died shortly after being sent to the hospital. At present, two people, including the terrorist, were killed and two others were injured.

According to the latest news, the terrorist, 30-year-old Hassan (Hassan Khalif Shire Ali), was born in Somalia and came to Australia in the 1990s. His passport was revoked in 2015. (ASIO), the Australian security intelligence agency, received clues that he had planned to go to Syria. His brother, Ali (Ali Khalif Shire Ali), was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to carry out a mass massacre in (Federation Square), Union Square, the night before last, on charges of terrorism.

It is reported that Hassan has long been the subject of concern by the Victorian police, the Australian Security Intelligence Agency has long known about him, but the authorities did not receive any information about the attack before the incident.

Police are talking to the suspect`s wife, who is believed to have been "radicalized."

Yesterday`s attack took place around 4:10, when a suspected man parked his Horton (Holden) pickup near a Target store in (Bourke Street), Burke Street, igniting a fire after detonating the vehicle. He then stabbed with a knife, causing one person to die on the spot and two injured to be sent to hospital. The authorities quickly arrived at the scene and controlled the fire within 5 minutes.

At the same time, with the help of passers-by, the police eventually opened fire on the man`s uniform. He was taken to Melbourne`s Royal Hospital after being shot in the chest and died of serious injuries on the operating table last night.

Sources say the attackers launched a one-wolf operation, but the Islamic State group (IS) has claimed responsibility and claimed a knife attack by one of its fighters. But IS`s Amac (Amaq) news agency website did not provide any evidence to support the claim.

Prime Minister Mosuisse (Scott Morrison) condemned "the terrorist acts that took place in Melbourne today (November 9) that brutally claimed the lives of our fellow Australians who were killed in this evil, despicable attack."

State Governor Andrews (Daniel Andrews) said it was an "evil, appalling" attack and praised the police for responding quickly and "everyone is proud of it."

Twitter user May (Meegan May) left a message saying: "this man seems to have set his car on fire and attacked the police with a knife. The police reacted quickly and unstoppably. I first heard at least a gunshot. " An audience told 3AW Radio that they had seen passers-by hit by the car. Witness Fianna (Fiona) also heard that the man "stabbed a security guard." At the same time, there are suspects approaching the police with a knife live video outflow.

At present, counter-terrorism command and homicide investigation team investigators are investigating the case. Burke Street was lifted at 6:15 this morning and many shops resumed business.

However, a police car will remain outside a nearby JB Hi Fi store all day long. At 7: 45 this morning, a man fainted and was carried into an ambulance as he passed the police car.
