Two lions attack female breeders at New State Zoo

A lion attacked a woman at a Shoalhaven zoo on the south coast of new south wales, killing her.

A woman has been rushed to Sydney St George Hospital and is known to have suffered injuries to her upper body.

According to the new state ambulance, the woman was found unconscious after the attack, she was working in a lion cage before the incident.

A New State Ambulance speaker told the Australian newspaper that the woman had been "injured in her face and neck" and that several emergency workers were involved. She was transfused and taken to hospital.

And this is not the first time that Shoalhaven zoo keepers have been attacked by animals. Animal breeders were Trent Burton dragged into a pond by a 3.7-metre saltwater crocodile in 2014.
