On Wednesday, a group of drug was washed up on the coast of New Zealand, the Daily Mail reported. The drug, with a total of 19 parcels worth A $3 million, was originally shipped to Australia.

It is reported that at 04:30 on Wednesday, 19 parcels washed up on the shore were found in (Bethells Beach), Bessel Beach, New Zealand. The items in these parcels are cocaine and are worth A $3 million. The unique logo on the package is similar to that on the drug package previously seized in Australia.

On Thursday, local police deployed a helicopter to conduct a wider search on the beach, but nothing else was found.

Detective police officer Parmenter (Colin Parmenter) said that in August last year, Australian Border Guard (Australian Border Force) officers found a rigid shell inflatable boat in the waters of New State, where two people unloaded heroin into the sea. They were later arrested and most of the heroin thrown into the sea has also been recovered. The drug package found in New Zealand and the logo on the package are consistent with the drug seized in Australia.

The drug found in New Zealand is reported to be in 19 VHS videotapes. Local media said the drug was installed online with shells, indicating that they had been floating in the sea for some time.

Philip Sutton, a physical oceanographer at the National Institute for Water and Atmosphere in New Zealand, said the packages could take 12 months to flush Shanghai Beach.

Mr. Parmente said there was no exclusion of the possibility that more parcels could be washed into Shanghai Beach in the future, hoping that people would contact the police immediately when they found the suspicious package.

It is not the first time New Zealand has found a large amount of drug on the beach. In 2016, 500 kilograms of methamphetamine appeared on a beach in the far north of the country, with a market price of nearly NT $500 million.
