A 22-year-old mechanic in Sydney who electrocuted her sister with a Taser gun was sent to school counselor by her sister report and sentenced to at least nine months in prison.

According to the Daily Mail, a Sydney youth was sentenced to 16 months in prison by (Liverpool Local Court) of Liverpool District Court on Tuesday for twice using a Taser gun to shock his 7-year-old sister at the time of the start of the year.

The girl, now eight years old, told the school counselor on February 26 that if she was naughty, her brother would hit her with a belt or shock her with a Taser gun.

During Christmas 2018-2019, the little girl "acted improperly" in the supermarket, resulting in the first time she was electrified. When my brother found that the little girl tipped off to the school tutor, he made another electric shock punishment.

The man pleaded guilty to possession of prohibited weapons and actual bodily harm caused by attacks.

Lawer Navarit (Maurice Navarette) defends that the young man used a taser to discipline, not punish.

Navarit said on court: "he found the Taser gun in the park, thought it was a mobile phone, thought it was very interesting, so he took it home. He already knew if he should use the Taser gun against his sister."

Navarit also argued that his client had been held for four months, had no violence records and had witnessed family violence when he was a child.

Judge Deglan (David Degnan) rejected the tube harness claim that the use of taser guns on children was "unprovoked violence".

Deglan judge says he does not understand why family violence victims become perpetrators. As the girl`s brother, he should have protected her.

The mother of the victim also faced a taser attack on accusation, but she pleaded not guilty.
