Australian man Carpenter (Stephen Allan Carpenter,49 was arrested and charged by local police on suspicion of organizing a yacht "wild sex party" in Thailand, Australian news website reported.
Carpenter has posted ads for his yacht sex parties on social networking sites such as Facebook, and Craigslist, claiming that 19-year-old sex workers who serve on his yacht in Pattaya can "receive six people at a time" after being drunk.
