Indian-born computer programmer Vengata Radhakrishnan was last May by police arrest, when he went to a McDonald`s in North Parramatta with scented condoms, rainbow lollipop and make love dice toys.
Trying to lure a 14-year-old girl into his car, however, the child he was trying to seduce was actually disguised by the police.
Radhakrishnan, 39, a married and Caltex employee, was caught at the scene by police.
After his arrest, Radhakrishnan did not understand the seriousness of accusation and said, "I`m going home now," he said to the police, saying "it`s not illegal to talk to a 14-year-old".
But last month he admitted using a communications device to lure children under the age of 16 into sexual relations.
Since April, he has been sending porn photo in an online dating chat room and using webcams to "masturbation" police officers disguised as teenagers.
"he advises the child to masturbation and instructs the child to use carrots and cucumbers," according to the court file.

He asked the girl if the school had a holiday and arranged to meet at a fast-food restaurant on May 21 when police suddenly showed up to arrest her.
Before their illegal date, he offered to buy a West Tigers jersey for his child, sent her a picture of the porn cartoon and texted: "I hope no one catches us when we do naughty things."

When "girl" said she didn`t know what to do, he told her to imagine "eat a piece of ice" and, as promised, to wear a scented condom.
On April 18th, Radhakrishnan boasted that he would repay the favor like a dog.
"I believe I`m a good licker," he said.
He also masturbation in front of the "girl" via Skype and texted the police: "I`m going to spray oil on it. It`s going to be sexy, temptation."
Radhakrishnan, who has been bail, will appear at court in Parramatta in April to adjudicate hearings.
