Stealthie roommate, an Asian-American student in Australia, was accused of taking a bath and was told during the trial that he was acting out of line because of too much academic stress.

According to the Daily Mail, (Nam Phan Trinh, a 25-year-old Vietnamese student from Tazhou, pleaded guilty to three counts of violating the privacy of another person, facing the risk of a student visa being withdrawn or being deported.

The Hobart Magistrates Court (Hobart Magistrates Court) heard that in September Chen Napan had twice bathed stealthie`s female roommate. At that time, Chen Napan deliberately placed coins in the bathroom door frame, so that the bathroom door can not be closed so that it can implement stealthie.

Defense lawyer Monk (Pip Monk) said Mr. Chen was under intense test and homework pressure and did not realize the seriousness of his behavior. It was not until his roommate and his face-to-face confrontation, Chen Napan saw his roommate very angry, upset, he didn`t know that he had made a big mistake. Chen Napan immediately moved home, but also lost his girlfriend and friends.

Monk asked the judge not to record the conviction, saying that the negative impact of the conviction on Mr Chen was much more serious than the conviction of ordinary Australians, who could be unable to complete his studies or even deport.

It is reported that Chen Napan is currently studying accounting, the maximum conviction can be sentenced to 12 months in prison.

Judge Cooper (Simon Cooper) described Mr. Chen`s actions as "unjustifiable" and "of a serious nature," and eventually convicted him of three years of compliance.
