Recently, Queensland`s parents were sentenced to prison, and long-term sexual invasion`s own daughters are now retribution.
A couple of long-term sexual invasion-year young girl children were reportedly sentenced to 16 years (father) and nine years (mother) in Townsville, Kunju, on Tuesday (June 26).
It was reported that between 2012 and 2016, the parents committed "terrible sexual abuse" crimes and even forced their own daughters to "3p" together, with their father being rape hundreds of times.
Judge, John Coker on court said that perhaps the only luck was that the girls had not been pregnant and had children because of rape.
Later, Judge Coker read out an emotional statement from one of her daughters, saying: "I am ashamed of what you have done to me, and my close relationship with the rest of my family has been affected."
"I no longer believe in other people, which has seriously affected my relationship with my family and friends. I have no confidence in myself and I can`t sleep until late at night."
"I began to feel depressed, anxious, and even self-hurt, and you made me feel worthless in the world. It made me feel that it was all my fault."
After hearing her daughter`s letter, her mother wept in court.
The court found that both the mother and the father themselves were victims of sexual abuse, that the mother suffered from sexual invasion, at an early age and that the girl`s father affected cognitive skills because of a car accident, Judge Coker said, "even if he is mentally retarded. It should also be known that it is against the law.
In addition to physical abuse, the father verbally abused his daughter when he was ill.
The prosecutor, Melanie Franklin, said that with the mother`s accession, the situation was getting worse and worse.
"the violent manipulation of their daughter by the parents undermined the trust between the parents and the children."
But defense lawyer Harvey Walters said his client did not understand the impact on his daughter because he was less intelligent than normal, which exceeded his cognitive abilities.
Even if the father is mentally retarded, can`t use this as an excuse for arbitrary doing, and the mother, obviously their childhood is unfortunate enough, now let their children feel it?
