Dalefold Wine has been banned from exporting to China on suspicion of "plagiarizing" red wine.
Dalefold Wine is a one-man red wine company registered at Broadview., South Australia
Dalefold Wine was also granted an export license and took effect immediately.
It is reported that the company is run by Shuyun Liu (Liu Shuyun), and Liu Shuyun is the company`s sole shareholder.
At present, the company has been completely banned from exporting, saying that "damage to the reputation of all Australian grape products."
It is also the first such ban in recent years.
Online, Dalefold Wine has no other products except its own "two Star" Bin 108 Dry Red.
It is understood that the Australian Wine Company has collected and reviewed information on wines exported by Dalefold Wine on June 20, 2018 and other related matters.

Dalefold Wine has exported three Australian-produced grape products, but these grape products have not been approved by the Australian Wine Company and the export certificate has not yet entered into force.
As a result, Dalefold Wine violated Section 44 of the Australian Wine Act 2013 and the 2018 Australian Wine Act.
2. Dalefold Wine took advantage of another Chinese wine brand reputation, causing confusion among consumers.
3. Reducing consumer confidence in the integrity and authenticity of Australian grape products in China has adversely affected the export trade of all Australian grape products.
4. Damage to the reputation of all Australian grape products and the relationship with importers.
5.Dalefold Wine does not comply with Section9 (3) (g) of the Australian Wine Code.
At present, Australian wine company is still unable to contact Dalefold Wine, because it can not find its telephone number.
The decision can be reviewed within 28 days under the Administrative Court of Appeal Act, Dalefold Wine, which was introduced in 1995.
The Australian wine company said the investigation was still under way and that no further comments would be made.
