Cairns, climate change protest in Queensland trying to implement citizen arrest. On Australian resource minister Kanavan (Matt Canavan)
At a time when the Australian prime minister met with state and territorial leaders in Keynes, protest, a climate change environmental group fighting the extinction of (Extinction Rebellion), found senator Kanavan outside a local cafe, Radio 7 reported.
The video shows a woman saying to resource minister, "you`re under arrest, Mr. Kanawan. We detain you on anti-human charges. You`re a climate criminal, so we ask you to come with us, thank you."
Kanavan minister looks a little confused, and leave Cafe after the coffee meeting.
During his walk along the street, the protester continued to shout at him``Climate Criminals`` , while waving signs with the same slogan.
The (COAG) meeting of the Australian government Committee is being held at the Keynes Convention Center (Cairns Convention Centre). About 20 protest people gathered to call for action to combat climate change.
