A physiotherapist in Sydney was prosecuted for allegedly touching a female customer last week in the Chinese district of Ryder (Ryde).
At around 10 a.m. on 13 May, a 28-year-old woman went to the clinic at the Blaxland Road, Led Blackland Road.
Police will point to Chen on the court, during the treatment, the physiotherapist without the consent of the female client, sexual touch.
The woman reported the case to the police. After the case was taken over by officers of the Ryde Police Area Command District Command of the Ryder Police, an investigation was opened into the case.
After investigation, agents yesterday executed a search warrant for Ryder`s clinic.
The 37-year-old male suspect, Chatswood, was arrested on the spot and taken to the Ryder Police Station (Ryde Police Station), where he was acciused charged with sexual touching without the consent of others.
The bail,, which he has now obtained strict conditions, is scheduled to open on 10 August in the Po Lo District Court (Burwood Local Court).
