A teenager in Sydney crashed into another car while being chased by police and crashed into a fence at a local school. The teenagers involved abandoned their cars and fled, triggering a large-scale search.

According to a report on Radio 9, the new state police issued a statement saying that around 02:50 this afternoon, the police tried to stop a Honda Odyssey car, the (Honda Odyssey)., in the (West Ryde) of Sired. However, the 15-year-old driver refused to stop the car and crashed into a Horton Kingdo (Holden Commodore). At the junction between (Shaftsbury Road) and Rutledge Road (Rutledge Road) in (Eastwood), Eastwood.

The car then crashed through the (Eastwood Public School) fence of the Ixwood public school and rushed into the campus. The teenager abandoned his car and fled, triggering a chase by the police. The PolAir police helicopter and dog team were deployed.

Eventually, the teenager was arrested at the Islive railway station in (Eastwood Railway Station) and has been taken to Ryder police station (Ryde Police Station) for questioning.

The incident caused a temporary closure of Ixviv public schools.

Student Kevin (Kevin Shi), a student at Eastwood Public School, was in the library at the time of the incident, saying the teacher didn`t tell them the reason for the blockade. He could hear the helicopter hovering, very frightening.

Another student, Hamish (Hamish), said the teacher in the class was holding on to the door, and some of the students were holding scissors to defend themselves. Everyone was nervous, "said Hamish (Hamish), a student at the time of the incident."
