Some kangaroos have to go farther than ever in search of food. They are forced to go to the playground, the front yard of the house, the alley, or the roadside looking for green grass.

As drought worsens, some farmers are being forced to spend tens of thousands of Australian dollars transporting hay to feed animals. Some farmers had no choice but to shoot some because of the rapid decline in livestock food.
