Fu Yueqiong, 30, performed breast augmentation surgery with another Chinese surgeon accused of manslaughter at (Medi Beauty Clinic), a 35-year-old medical clinic in (Chippendale), downtown Sydney, in August 2017 for Huang Zhen, a 35-year-old manager.
Fu Yueqiong today admitted to negligent use of the drug and provided false statements in an attempt to obstruct the police investigation.
Huang became ill after the surgery and was taken to death a few days later at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in (Camperdown), Cumberton, Sydney, a few days later.
Huang Zhen`s husband, who declined to be named, sobbed unstoppably, saying that his wife was "light and hope" and that he was "the first time" to discover the meaning of life.
"I was at the scene when my wife`s surgery happened. The doctor told me,`it`s a small dose, she`s still breathing, `but three days later, my hopes for our lives were dashed," he said.
"every day I think about living with my wife. I still want her to respond to me, even once."
He said the only thing he wanted now was a "fair verdict" and "reasonable punishment."
Fu Yueqiong has insisted that she helped complete the failed operation at the direction of her boss Huang Zhen and a Chinese surgeon.
