According to Australian radio station Radio Australia, Fu Yueqiong, a Chinese student who worked as a nurse in the breast augmentation death case at Sydney`s beauty clinic, was ruled by a court that did not pose a threat to the safety of the community. His student visa has now been restored.

Fu Yueqiong, 30, was charged with manslaughter in the previous breast augmentation death case, killing 35-year-old Huang Zhen (Jean Huang, and the Immigration Board cancelled her visa at the time of the charges. Fu Yueqiong was also charged with threatening her life with the use of poison and obstructing police investigations.

On charges of "threatening the safety of the community," her visa was cancelled by the Immigration Service two weeks before the expiration of the visa. But then she appealed the immigration decision and the charges, saying it would be difficult to handle her case in an illegal immigration detention centre.

After hearing the (The Administrative Appeals Tribunal), the Administrative Appeals Court ruled that it was not a threat to community security and therefore reversed the decision to cancel its student visa.

Last August, Huang Zhen, manager of the (Chippendale) The Medi Beauty beauty salon in Sydney`s Chipendale, died in a breast augmentation surgery.

Fu Yueqiong, a nurse in the operation, majored in nursing in Australia, but was not legally qualified or licensed. In addition, Chinese tourist Shao Jie (Jie Shao, is also accused of negligently killing Huang Zhen, who, in addition to not being qualified for Australian practice, misuses anesthetic doses while filling Huang Zhen`s chest.
