Vinzelberg told police he bought the fake pistol at a garage sale a few years ago, while the other weapons were online shopping`s, from a store in Gumtree or Salisbury.

Prosecutor says the police oppose all forms of bail because Vinzelberg can pose a danger.

"the defendant`s announcement on fb attracted the attention of the police, which attracted wide public attention. In view of this, the prosecution decided this way considering the safety of the public. "

But defense lawer says many of the weapons seized are in what Vinzelberg calls a "man`s cave."

They also argued that Vinzelberg worked 40 to 60 hours a week as a demolition worker paying mortgages for his home and that he had never been remanded to detain before.

Eventually, local judge agreed to release Vinzelberg, for A $2000 in bail gold on the condition that he did not ask or post anything on the Internet correspondence and complaint and that he would appear in court again in December.

The released Vinzelberg, accompanied by his partner and father, walked out of court and quickly disappeared into the media.
