A fierce violence broke out in central Sydney last night, wounding a man in the head and bleeding several others.

According to eyewitnesses, about 20 people were fighting on George Street before midnight last night, as a result of the angle of the mouth.

Paramedics rushed to the scene to bandage a man`s head injury and then take him back to the hospital for further treatment.

The police arrested three people at the scene.

Eyewitness Lachy said: "the fight between them was very violent, and several men were beaten with blood."

"several of them later scared off, but we bystanders felt terrible when they saw it."

Lachy also said there were many other passers-by who saw the shirtless men fight harder and harder, and then a group of women came to dissuade them, but it didn`t work.

"they`ve been punching each other, and there`s a lot of broken glass on the ground." He said。

The nearby surveillance video showed that one of the men grabbed another man`s coat from the back and slapped it. The other side should sound on the ground, then another man came up and hit his head several times with his fist.

The others ran over and started kicking the man together. Several other young women ran to try to lift the man from the ground.

A total of seven men took off their tops during the fight and dropped the clothes on the George Street street and then continued to join the twist and the mix.

Police say one of the men suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. The picture showed him in an ambulance with a bandage on his head.

The other three men were arrested and released and will be recalled for questioning this morning.
