China is hiring former detectives in Australia and other countries to help recover millions of money that fled China, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation reported. But the Australian Broadcasting Corporation has not yet sought confirmation from the Chinese side.

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation`s (Four Corners) program claims to have interviewed former law enforcement officials from a number of countries, alleging that they were engaged through a third-party Hong Kong company to participate in an operation codenamed "Dragon Project (Project Dragon)". Operation Skynet aims at Australia
