A Melbourne "largest single-story apartment in the southern hemisphere" has been listed for sale for as much as A $46 million and is expected to break the record price, according to real estate website Realestate.
The expensive real estate, located on the 11th floor of (Clarendon St) 150 Clarendon Street, East Melbourne, is reported to be a home in the (Mercy Hospital) development of Cien Hospital. The asking price for sale is A $46 million. This should be the largest of its kind in the southern hemisphere. If the transaction price reaches the asking price level, it will be 16 million Australian dollars higher than the previous record apartment price set by Victoria.
