The 2019 sex survey by body+ soulmates revealed the frequency of sex, who sex with, the Australian views on sex, and what else they are willing to try.

"Sex is healthy, and this survey shows that our view of it is change," explained family doctor Hayi (Sam Hay). "We are finally willing to start trying and enjoy the process."

In most cases, Australians enjoy the joy of fish and water, but one in four wants sex to last longer, and one in ten wants sex to end as soon as possible.

"it`s time to change your mind again," said Helier (Jacqueline Hellyer), a sexologist at body soul. "you should focus more on enjoying sexual interest."

"I`m always surprised that people are still waiting to have sex, but almost as many people do it on their first date!" Helier said. "these results show that in 2019, Australians have a very wide range of sexual orientation, and Australians treat sex in a very diverse way."

The results of the survey are as follows:

  • 53% of women pretend to have an orgasm;
  • Sixty-three percent of Australians said they reached the best part every time they had sex.
  • More than 1 million of Australians had sexual relationship (twice as much as women within an hour of their first meeting.
  • About 1 / 3 Australians have sexual relationship; within 24 hours of their first meeting
  • For Australians who had sex for 6 minutes or less, the average make love frequency per month was 3.4 times.
  • Australians who had sex for more than 14 minutes had an average make love frequency of 6 times a month.
