According to the Daily Mail, a 12-hour worker in Brisbane made a "whimsical" decision to win the A $2.5 million lottery on Saturday night.

After completing six days a week, the 20-something concrete worker is reported to be drinking in a bar at a local motel called Acacia Ridge. Here, he learned the good news about change`s own life. A bartender asked if anyone had bet on the Keno lottery because a lucky man had won the lottery.

The young worker often buys the Kino lottery, and he usually chooses five digital bets. But he made a decision on a whim and chose 10 digital bets. As a result, he learned of the winning prize that night and received more than 2561258.60 Australian dollars in prize money.

The man said he did not take too much into account when betting, but decided to pick 10 numbers. He was pleased to say that he would be able to reduce his working hours and enjoy his life more in the future.

But he also said: "I know I won, but I won`t believe it until I see the bonus transferred to my account."

Hannington (Bryony Hannington), a duty manager at the hotel bar, said the news of the worker`s victory Saturday night ignited the atmosphere in the bar. He was very excited, and everyone in the bar was excited for him. I`m glad to see such a thing.
