A male driver in southern Sydney allegedly broke into the opposite driveway and crashed in front of a police officer, and then spat at the police officer.

A male driver in southern Sydney allegedly broke into the opposite driveway and crashed in front of a police officer, and then spat at the police officer.


According to the Daily Telegraph, on Feb. 16, police officers were handling an accident at (Rocky Point Rd), Rock Corner Road, (Kogarah), in southern Sydney, where a car broke into the opposite lane and crashed. The man driver then drove towards a police officer.

Male drivers not only spit at police officers, but also refuse to take breath tests. The police searched the car and found a stretchable baton.

The man, who has been denied breath testing, breath analysis, escape from the scene of the accident, possession of prohibited weapons, beating police and vandalizing property and accusation, has been awarded bail and will appear in (Sutherland Local Court), the Shutaland District Court, on Thursday.
