Australia`s government said it would introduce new visas for those wishing to set up businesses in Australia. Such a visa does not require a specific amount of investment, but only a "certain level of English" on the part of the applicant.

Indian immigrant Carlyle (Navjot Singh Kailay) moved to Melbourne from Adelaide a year ago, according to SBS. Carlyle, who has lived in Adelaide for nearly a decade, is an immigration agent. The main reason he left South Australia was the state`s slow economic growth.

Carlyle said many of the permanent immigrants nominated for South Australia`s government eventually moved to places such as Sydney and Melbourne in order to have better development opportunities. He believes that South Australia`s existing immigration policy can only attract business migrants, not retain skilled migrants.

The federal government now says it will introduce new visas to attract entrepreneurs to stimulate the state`s economy in an effort to increase job opportunities in South Australia and is expected to expand to the country next year.

"(Malcolm Turnbull) government has always been concerned about increasing employment opportunities and improving living standards for Australians," Interior Minister Dutton (Peter Dutton) said. We will achieve this by supporting the development and investment of enterprises in Australia. "

Under the government`s new visa program, foreign entrepreneurs and investors can apply for a temporary visa to start a business in Australia as long as they have innovative ideas and corporate development plans that support the idea. The current startups visa requires an applicant to provide A $ two hundred thousand in capital, but the new visa does not require capital.

State or federal government departments review research applicants` business development plans. If feasible, a temporary visa will be issued. If an applicant succeeds in starting a business in Australia, he or she will be eligible to apply for permanent residence in the future.

Encouraging entrepreneurs to bring innovation to Australia will help create jobs in the future, Duden said.

Announcing further details of the new visa, South Australia Liberal Party leader Marshall (Steven Marshall) said all applicants must be under 45 years of age and have a professional level of English, requiring IELTS (IELTS) to score five points in four subjects.

Marshall said he believed the applicants would eventually apply for permanent residence and stay in South Australia, given the need to start companies and create jobs in South Australia.

South Australia will hold a state election in the near future, and it is not clear whether the new visa will be implemented only if the Liberal Party wins.
