In just 24 hours, there were three car accidents on the South Australian Road, killing three men and one person still battling death.

The first accident occurred at Western Flat., 10 kilometers south-east of Bordertown, south-east of South Australia, before midnight yesterday.

A 20-year-old man from Bordertown drove his car on his own, but the driver died when he accidentally capsized the car in Stott Road and emergency service personnel rushed to the scene.

Another incident took place at 02:30 today, when two young men on motorcycles crashed in Railway Terrace, Osborne, west of Adelaide. A 19-year-old man from Lower Mitcham died and a 17-year-old man from Taperoo was rushed to Royal Adelaide Hospital where his life was at stake.

Meanwhile, around 06:10, a 42-year-old man from Williamstown died near Yattalunga, north of Adelaide, after driving out of the driveway and hitting a big tree. After the accident, the road from Gawler to One Tree Hill Rd was forced to suspend traffic.

The police called the series of deaths "tragic".

Sheriff Campbell. "the three traffic accidents overnight were a devastating blow to their families and to the police," Hill (Campbell Hill) said.

The investigation into the three accidents is still under way.
