According to the Daily Mail, a busy street in Everton Park (Everton Park), north of Brisbane, has been hit by frequent car crashes and residential accidents, leaving bored residents spending only A $3000 to place boulders in the front yard.

It is reported that Everton Park South pine road (South Pine Road) frequent traffic accidents.

Burke (Patricia Bourke), a resident of the street, said five times since 2009, vehicles had skidded off the road and crashed into her home. One accident caused bricks from the fence to fly into her bedroom. Frequent traffic accidents kept her in fear all day.

Neighbor James (Peter James) spent A $3000 to keep some boulders in the front yard. Although the James family had not been hit by a vehicle, he said he was well aware of how dangerous the road was.

It is reported that in October alone between 10 and 14, the road appeared on the road four times rushed out of the road.

James said the road had been upgraded in the past, including setting new speed limit signs and widening the right-hand turn lane. But this only reduced the number of accidents, not completely eliminated. Burke had told him that there had been frequent accidents on Harley Street since it was widened in the middle of the road outside the gas station at (Halle Street) corner.

At present, local residents have called on the transport and main road sector (Transport and Main Roads Department) to take action.

A spokesman said the department is listening to residents` concerns and taking some actions, including the upgrading of warning signs, while continuing to look for other ways to improve road safety.
