Young people are always running out, and the governor of South Australia has decided to increase job opportunities!

The latest figures show that Adelaide grew by just 9648 in 2016 / 17 compared with 125424 in Melbourne and 101558 in Sydney.

"the top priority for our state is to solve the problem of such low population growth, and the most important thing to stimulate population growth is to create new jobs," Marshall said Tuesday.

"this number of population growth is so tragic that we have to do something to prevent young people in South Australia from going to work in another state or overseas."

Daniel Gannon, executive director of the property Council, said Victoria`s population grew more in 28 days than in South Australia in a year.

"South Australia`s population growth is really at its lowest, and it should have a lot to do with the economy this week," he said. "if you don`t immediately change your policy to stimulate the population to come to South Australia, it will also hinder the state`s economic development."

Mr Marshall said their changes would include reducing taxes on small businesses, lifting restrictions on shop hours and reducing land taxes, which would help the economy and population growth.
