Yu Qi, a Chinese woman, was killed in Sydney this morning for the fifth time in Division 4 of the Baohuo (Burwood) District Court. 09:30, the case was held on time, but only five minutes later, the case was again declared deferred for retrial. At the scene, Yu Qi parents and suspects Dong Shuo did not appear, only the defense lawyer and the judge for communication. It is understood that the last time on August 15, also because of the need to collect more evidence and adjourned trial, Yu Qi parents also appeared in court on that day, and demanded that "severely punish the murderer." Since Yu Qi`s body was found, no new case information has been disclosed.

It is reported that Yu Qi`s murder has been fermented for months, arousing a large number of Chinese in Australia attention. On June 8, 28-year-old Yu Qi disappeared from Kent (Campsie) `s residence. At 9: 00 the next morning, her roommate called the police about her disappearance.
On June 12, a male roommate of Yu Qi, Dong Shuo (Shuo Dong,), was accused of murder by police arrest, then police found a lot of blood in the vehicle at Yuqi`s house. Some media said that Dong Shuo has not cooperated with the police investigation. Earlier court documents showed that his tenant and roommate Dong Shuo and Yu Qi had a dispute that night over the shortening of the lease and the deposit.

On June 26th, Yuqi`s parents spoke for the first time in the police station, asking for help in finding their daughter. During this period, many Chinese groups spontaneously formed search and rescue teams to search for clues revealed by the police.
Police found the body wrapped in the jungle near an emergency parking spot on the Mount Kuring-gai M1 highway on July 25, using Yu Qi`s cell phone records as a clue, and identified it as Yu`s body, which disappeared for nearly seven weeks.
August 2, the police officially confirmed the identity of the deceased Yu Qi no doubt. Documents show that the suspect was murder between 7:30 and 9:00 on June 8, 2018, when a memorial service was held at Rockwood Cemetery on Aug. 4.
This is the fifth time in the case and may be adjourned until December 19.
