A young woman in Melbourne saw a racially racist incident while taking a bus and came forward after being attacked, Radio 9 reported.

Adam (Fahima Adam), 20, is reported to have taken a bus from (Dandenong), Dantonne, to CBD for work. While on the bus, she witnessed a female passenger abusing a mother and child.

Video shows a woman shouting: "I hate Islam."

Adam said the woman said a lot of mean things, but none of the passengers took action. She didn`t listen carefully to what the woman was saying at first, until she heard a mention of a terrorist.

But then Adam became the target. The other party not only insulted her, but also pointed out that she was not an Australian citizen. However, Adam was born and raised in Melbourne.

Adam said the passenger rushed at her and tried to tear off her headscarf, after which they clashed with each other.

Adam suffered multiple bruises and scratches and, to her sadness, witnesses did not support her.

Adam said: "this is my religion, but it is deprived of." It`s a great disrespect, but people just sit there and watch. "

Police arrested a 39-year-old woman from Clayton (Clayton) after the incident. The woman has now been released pending the summons of the court.

Adam called on authorities to continue investigating the incident until the woman was punished. "it needs to be resolved," she said. We are all citizens of this country. We need to respect each other and have some humanity. "
