Early this morning, a serious fire broke out in CBD, Sydney! Dozens of firefighters have arrived to control a fire this morning at a 14-story building in (Macquarie St), CBD, Sydney, according to the Daily Mail.
The burning flames could be seen on the scaffolding outside the building.
It is understood that the site of the fire is a cafe in the building.
The new state fire and rescue bureau says 12 vehicles are carrying as many as 70 firefighters to put out the fire. Witnesses told 9NEWS that the fire was burning fast.
"less than five minutes after the fire, the whole building was on fire," he said.
"the fire seemed to have been caused by an electric spark, and a plastic net somewhere on the construction site was lit."
The two men were believed to be trapped on top of the building, but were later rescued.
No injuries have been found so far.
Just a few months ago, a similar fire broke out in a building at the ring wharf.
It was February, when the scaffolding of a building caught fire, causing trains and buses to stagnate.
