The law operation by the (Local Democracy Matters), a local community group, led to the demolition of Allianz Stadium, which lasted from Feb. 26 to March 9.
The appeal for local democracy has been filed and will be heard on Friday.
New state sports director Ayers (Stuart Ayres) `s speaker said the demolition was proceeding as planned.
If judge Paine (Nicola Pain) decides to issue another ban, the demolition will be suspended.
