The property is located at 27 / 29 Chilton Parade, covering an area of 6404 square meters, with a 20-car garage, tennis court, heated swimming pool, whirlpool, and a separate one-bedroom apartment. There are also home theaters, a bar with a freezer (with sink), and a wine cellar that can hold 3000 bottles of fine wine. It`s called "the" by the locals.

According to CoreLogic RP Data, the property is the most expensive property in Warrawee. The deal was completed earlier this month and a large-scale refurbishment of A $1 million has begun.

The property has a park-like garden with Jin Lei Pool, European Rose Garden, vegetable Garden, Bird House and Children`s Playground. It is believed that the new owners will also upgrade and renovate the garden.

"A lot of buyers didn`t choose the property because they needed a lot of repairs, a new roof, and two decaying round windows," Ms. Johnson said. "I`ve seen the design, and it`s going to be beautiful when it`s finished."

Mr. Xue also bought a luxury Mosman home, (Burran Ave), for A $23.5 million earlier this year and transferred in September. It is reported that much of his wealth comes from the international wholesale business for footwear, which he founded in 1993.
