A live a retired life hospital on the Gold Coast suddenly closed and dozens of employees were forced to leave, leaving 69 elderly people unattended.
At noon on Thursday, an ambulance and ten Queensland Health Department staff arrived at an old care facility on the Golden Coast of Nerang, where only a few caregivers were present, with dozens of old people unattended, and the agency apparently been in bankruptcy.
It is reported that in April 2018, the agency introduced a care contractor to manage its employees.
The contractor`s speaker accusation owner defaulted on the salary of the live a retired life, but the other side said there were complaints about the management of the organization and the care provided by the staff.
The persistence of the two sides led to the unnecessary involvement of employees and innocent old people in the dispute.
"our paramedics are second to none," said speaker of the contractor. "it`s obviously unfair that the boss doesn`t pay, and the boss disputes with them, saying the employees have poor care and don`t provide the elderly with the services they deserve."
In such cases, contractors are forced to tell employees that their work is no longer secure.
As a result, many employees leave jobs.
Only a small number of staff members stayed to take care of the facility`s 69 elderly people in need of high care, of which a third of them were unable to bed.
Then they called the Queensland health department.
The Queensland health department confirmed in a statement that the facility appeared to have "accidentally stopped operating."
``It hurts the old people and their families of this private liveared life institution. Our most concern is their health and well-being. ``
Health minister has now asked the federal government to ensure that all residents find the right place to settle.

Queensland nurse and the Midwife Union said the dispute was "an expression of a broken system."
