Government, a new state, has been implementing a nearly 20-year "environmental program"-garbage collected from red-covered bins, including urination and kitchen waste-that have been treated and dumped into more than one rural area. The plan may expose people and animals in these areas to carcinogens.

According to the Daily Telegraph, (EPA) received a report six months ago warning of the dangers of "environmental protection plans", while government quietly suspended the use of household waste as farm fertilizer until a week ago.

The seven-year study presented the report to the EPA, in April, but EPA did not submit it to Upton (Gabrielle Upton), the environment director, until September 24, which made him very angry. The new state director and cabinet office immediately opened an investigation. Independent audits and reviews are being conducted by the state`s top scientists.

It is reported that under the "environmental plan" about 10 tons of domestic waste, including used urine, plastic, kitchen waste and glass, are sold to independent waste recycling enterprises, and then resold to farmers. The move was aimed at reducing landfills and activating land, but the EPA report found it counterproductive and damaging the quality of land.

Although the EPA requires waste not to be directly distributed to crops such as vegetables and fruits and can only be used in vast agricultural land and mine recovery areas, reports show that because of farming practices, animal grazing and groundwater infiltration, It is a cause for concern about cross-contamination of agricultural land.

The plan, which was launched in 2000, was not regulated until 2010, and it was found in (the Hunter), the (North Coast), hunting area on the north coast of the new state, as well as in the Midwest, as well as in the southern and central highlands. Potentially polluting chemicals include PBDEs, phenol, phthalates.

PBDEs are flame retardants, phenol is used for household cleaners, and phthalates are chemicals that soften plastics. Exposure to phthalates is said to be associated with breast cancer, asthma, underground fertility and slow development. Studies have also shown that PBDEs are associated with reduced fertility and possible carcinogenesis.

But Upton said the New State Department of Health and Food believed the substances were "unlikely to pose any health hazards to the public."
