According to the Daily Mail, an Asian-American psychiatrist in Perth, accused of drowning in stealthie boys in public toilets, not only escaped prison, but could go back to practice three years later.

In June 2016, investigators searched the 42-year-old Asian doctor Wen Aaron (Aaron Voon, `s clinic and home in Perth and found eight videos of boys drowning. And about 400 video screenshots of the victim`s lower body. The videos are reported to have been filmed from 2015 to 2016 in Perth, New Zealand, the United States and Canada.

In Western Australia, he was accused of illegally filming a video of a boy`s droppings in a public toilet in Hoyts Garden City in January 2016, without the knowledge of eight victims under the age of 13.

In May 2016, Wynn Aaron was caught peeing in a public toilet in Canada by another boy, stealthie, who was caught peeing by his father. The father immediately questioned Wen Aaron and forced him to hand over his phone. Wynn Aaron was then arrested by Canadian police and charged with possession of children`s porn.

Van der Gan (Sam Vandogen), Wynn`s lawyer, claimed that Wen had suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder after being dung for two weeks in custody in Canada.

Court learned that Wynn Aaron grew up infatuated with the toilet, and then developed into "loveing urine." Judge Troy (Alan Troy) said his crime was partly due to psychological conditions, "paedophilia," and that he had some sexual motives. But Winn Aaron claims to be asexual.

Although Wen Aaron was earlier charged in Australia with eight counts of porn in children, he was released from prison in September 2017.

In addition, the Western Australian Administrative Arbitration Tribunal (State Administrative Tribunal) yesterday suspended Wen Aaron from applying for registration as a health practitioner within three years, citing a violation of professional ethics.

During the trial, the presentation psychological report showed that Wen Aaron`s illegal behavior was the manifestation of undiagnosed autism and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
