Shops will be allowed to open until 10:00 in downtown Sydney to revive nightlife.

Seeing the title of the news, the editor was tearfully tearful.

Finally, until you,

I`m glad I didn`t give up!

only a short while ago,

After dinner with friends,

Looking at the bleak streets of Sydney,

And doing nothing,

He could only go home in ashes.

only a short while ago,

Want to relax after work,

Take a good stroll,

Only to find that all the shops were closed.

only a short while ago,

Looking at the closed shop,

Reminiscent of the happy nightlife of our country,

The heart is very helpless.

You can take a good look,

Sydney City has proposed a radical overhaul of local planning rules, which will allow shops to open until 10:00, seven days a week. The package has not yet been formally approved.

The reform proposals are contained in a discussion paper called "an Open and Creative City." Merchants and local businesses in retail areas such as Sydney`s CBD,Newtown,Potts Point,Surry Hills and Glebe are advised to open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10:00.

Another suggestion is to allow cultural groups to engage in small performances, film screenings, art exhibitions and talks, and to provide alcoholic beverages under certain conditions without prior approval.

(pictures have nothing to do with articles)

It`s an empty joy!

But in a twinkling of an eye,

Although not officially approved,

But the matter is on the agenda.

I thought it was never gonna happen,

It`s hard to make a busy Sydney night,

Change is imminent.

According to a report by the Bureau of Crime Statistics Research, the 2014 closure order for urban safety, while reducing attacks in areas such as Kings Cross and Sydney`s CBD, has shifted violence to other nearby areas, including Ultimo,Surry Hills,. Pyrmont`s The Star Casino, Bondi Beach,Coogee and Newtown.

"Unfortunately, the closure has had a serious impact on Sydney`s cultural life, businesses and overseas reputations, and while areas such as Kings Cross have become safer, we know Sydney`s nightlife has not yet struck a balance," Moore said.

Sydney Mayor Moore (Clover Moore) said that for Sydney`s troubled late-night economy,

Reform is very important!

A survey commissioned by the city government found that after 6 p.m., Sydney had limited options other than restaurants, bars, clubs and pubs. After 10:00, only 14% of Sydney`s outsiders were over 40.

People want cities with colorful nightlife and a variety of late-night cultural activities, including those that don`t drink, to attract families and older people, Moore said.

"they don`t want to live in a city that`s not safe or close at sunrise, and they don`t want to go to a city like this."

With regard to the noise generated by the bustle, Moore said the proposed noise regulations would be accompanied by new planning control and noise compliance guidelines to provide more definitive norms for places and residents.

According to the discussion paper, if a new residential project is developed within 100 metres of an entertainment site, developers need to assess noise within the site and control it at the design and construction stages. New live music venues also need to protect existing, noise-sensitive items.

All in all, we look forward to the adoption of the agenda and the early release of the document.

This is a policy that matters to everyone in Sydney. It has a big impact on our way of life, even changing the way everyone in Sydney fades and entertains.
