On the evening of July 20, an 8-day-old Chinese woman was killed in the city of Logan, south of Brisbane, and her husband, in the same year, was accused of murder.

Just after 1:00 yesterday, police and emergency personnel received a report to arrive at the house in (Kingston Rd), Kingston Road. After being rescued, the old woman death was announced on the spot. It is believed that it was Hu Huabian who called the police.
The police are currently investigating the cause of death of the old woman and has announced the establishment of a crime scene in the house.
Hu Huabian did not appear in the Bentley Magistrates Court this morning, nor did (Beenleigh Magistrates Court), apply for bail. Court learned that he would receive a mental health assessment.
Hu Huabian is detained in prison and will appear again on September 11 th.
