a man from new south wales was acciused trespassing at the sydney zoo aquarium for swimming and will face court trial next month. Police said the 30-year-old man from Peckhurst (Peakhurst) ignored warning signs and entered the zoo aquarium in East Creek (EasternCreek), west of the city, at about 3 p.m. Monday, while he was being photographed by his friends.

Police said the 30-year-old man from Peckhurst (Peakhurst) ignored warning signs and entered the zoo aquarium in East Creek (Eastern Creek), west of the city, at about 3 p.m. Monday, while he was being photographed by his friends.

Video posted on social media shows the man in shorts swimming in the middle of the fish.

Following the investigation, the man was informed by the court of his appearance on charges of "rude behaviour, entering non-agricultural land to interfere with other business, opening/entering/destroying the animal fence ", etc.

He will appear before the District Court (Blacktown Local Court) in Black Town on 17 September.

The investigation into the incident continues.
