Over the weekend, a 64-year-old man was charged with several counts of encouraging a boy to commit obscene behavior in a public toilet on the northern beach of Sydney, Radio 9 reported.

At about 02:40 on Saturday, a 64-year-old man approached two boys, 8 and 11, in a toilet in a park on (Dee Why) Howard Road, outside Dee. After pushing the 8-year-old boy, the man caught the 11-year-old boy and encouraged him to do obscene.

Half an hour after the incident, the man was taken to the Manley police station, (Manly Police)., by police arrest He was charged with encouraging persons under the age of 16 to commit obscene acts and two counts of ordinary assault.

The man has been given bail and will appear in the Manley District Court at (Manly Local Court) on Nov. 28.
