A young Singaporean man has been missing from a seaside resort in southwest Western Australia on Monday. Aushe revealed this morning that the missing person, aged 23, was named Wu Hengyi.

A group of five friends visited the natural bath (Injidup natural Spa) in Jedupu on Monday afternoon. It is reported that this is a popular tourist selfie ground.

That evening just after 5 o`clock, Wu Hengyi stood only a few meters high from the sea on the rock, the huge waves caught off guard, without a life jacket he was inadvertently involved in the sea.

A search and rescue operation was launched by the Western Australia Police and Emergency Services (SES), but has not been successful until now.

Police officers at police station dunsborough (Dunsborough), superintendent gillum (Jane Gillham), said earlier that they had searched the rocky areas near the gulf of viaduct (Wyadup Bay) and giddup beach (Injidup Beach) but found nothing.

At the time, it was said that police continued to hike along the reef area search, Western Australia Emergency Services (SES) personnel also joined the hiking team.

On Monday night, a huge wave of eight meters blocked the search and rescue at sea, and the dangerous wave situation continues today. Although maritime operations have thus been suspended, police say they will consider restarting the search once conditions improve.

Police and emergency services are still conducting joint land search operations. The new search and rescue route will begin with Canal Rock (Canal Rocks) and proceed to Gideop and Krillo (Cape Clairault).

A 25-year-old boy, Matthias Ashley Bache, was also caught up in the same hot spot in 2017. He jumped into the sea from the Wyadup Rocks rock. The channel is connected to the ocean.

He had surfaced, trying to get close to the rocks, but failed, and was finally swept into the ocean by water. No one has seen him, despite large-scale air, land and sea operations.

The inquest into Becky`s death found several warning signs on the Giddup beach to alert people to dangerous marine conditions.

It is said that the Giddup Beach is one of the 50 tourist destinations in Australia and is favored by tourists from all over the world.
