Australia`s top four universities are in the top 100, with Australia`s top 25 up from last year, according to the latest CWUR World University rankings.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, according to the latest CWUR World University ranking, the University of Melbourne (University of Melbourne) overtook Sydney University (University of Sydney), to become the top Australian university on the list. China`s universities then reached 108, followed by 62 in Britain and 58 in France. Australia has 25 universities on the list this year, 23 of which are up from last year`s ranking. In particular, the Australian National University, ranking more than 80 places higher than last year.

The top five CWUR World University rankings are Harvard University (Harvard), Stanford University, (Stanford), Massachusetts Institute of Technology, (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Cambridge University, (University of Cambridge), and Oxford University, (University of Oxford).

The index of CWUR World University ranking includes alumni`s international recognition degree, scientific research output and influence degree of research papers, and so on. The proportion of scientific research factors in the selection is as high as 70%.

Australian universities, which are at the top of the CWUR World University rankings, are also recognized by other international university rankings. For example, the Times higher Education (Times Higher Education) World University ranking and the QS Global graduates Employment capacity ranking (QS Graduate Employability Rankings).

However, some small universities performed better on the Australian college rankings, which focused on student employment and experience. According to the latest student experience survey by the Australian Federal Ministry of Education, Melbourne seminary (The University of Divinity), (University of Notre Dame), Bond University (Bond University) and Sunshine Coast University (University of the Sunshine Coast) students have the highest satisfaction.
