On the evening of July 6, a light plane crashed in the South Australian desert, killing two people, death.

A (Brumby) 610 light plane crashed near (Leigh Creek) airport in South Australia on Saturday night, Taiwan 7 reported. The 59-year-old male pilot on board was killed from the (Southern Downs) area of South Downs, Queensland. The other victim was a 48-year-old woman, also from Queensland.

Hours before the crash, the light plane took off from (William Creek), William Creek, South Australia. Australian Leisure Aviation Authority (Recreational Aviation Australia) will investigate the crash.
