A man drowned Tuesday morning in (Avalon Beach), Avalon Beach, north of Sydney.
According to the Daily Telegraph, at about 9 a.m. on Tuesday, several surfers at Avalon Beach, north of Sydney, found a unconscious man in their 60s in waters near South Cape and rescued him to a rocky platform near the bath. And immediately began cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.
New state ambulance center (NSW Ambulance) rescue helicopter quickly arrived with emergency personnel to take over the first aid. Another four paramedics also arrived by road at the (Surfside Ave) scene on Cervsade Road.
A witness at the scene revealed that the man was surfing in a big wave at the southern end of the beach when seven to eight young surfers found him and took him to the rocky area, but it was no help.
(Northern Beaches Police Area Command), a local police district on the beach north of Sydney, later confirmed the man`s death on the spot. Police have not confirmed the identity of the deceased and are investigating the accident. The coroner will post-mortem the man`s remains.
