Makeup brand Avon (Avon) plans to quit Australia and New Zealand by the end of 2018, leaving more than 200 people out of work.

Cosmetic brand Avon has been in Australia and New Zealand for 55 years, using door-to-door sales, according to Channel 7. In recent years, Avon in Australia and New Zealand market performance is poor, now decided to withdraw.

Avon`s exit from Australia and New Zealand means 220 employees are out of work at its headquarters and 21400 door-to-door salespeople are affected.
