According to the Messenger Post, AirAsia X (AirAsia X) will launch a flight service from Bangkok to Brisbane, Thailand, in June, which is expected to boost economic travel in Kunzhou by more than A $150 million.

It is reported that Kunzhou government through the air investment fund (Attracting Aviation Investment Fund) to attract AirAsia X to launch Bangkok to Brisbane flight service, four times a week, scheduled to open in June, which is expected to bring more than 25,000 visitors a year in Kunzhou.

Kunzhou Tourism Director Jones (Kate Jones) said AirAsia X`s new flight service will further open up an important Asian tourist market for the state, injecting A $156 million into Kunzhou`s economic over the next three years. The service helps Kunzhou open to Asian tourists and enhance its links with key oriental visitors. This is a great opportunity to attract tourists from another Asian region to Kunzhou. Through AirAsia`s vast international network and Bangkok`s hub airport, Indian and Chinese passengers will have more opportunities to travel to Kunzhou.

He pointed out that Thailand is one of Kunzhou`s emerging tourist markets, with great potential for development.

It is reported that last year, nearly 20, 000 Thai visitors to Kunzhou, spending 44 million Australian dollars in the state.
