A bus driver in Kunzhou was fired after a five-year-old girl was left on the bus for hours, leading to a search for help.

On Thursday, Belsam (Ross Belsham) criticised the dismissal, telling Nine News that even if he was responsible, the Times reported, But the fact that Alicia Judd Langdon (Alyssa Jayde Langdon) was left in the car on Jan. 22 was caused by several factors.

Alicia`s mother, Bobby Langdon (Bobbie Langdon), said she went to the bus stop where her daughter was supposed to get off.

Police said Alicia got on the school bus but fell asleep on her way home and collapsed in the back seat so the driver and other passengers didn`t see her.

Belsam said he did not see the girl`s mother at the bus stop that afternoon, which is inconsistent with what she told the police.

He also said that the Jimboomba public school did not send a duty teacher to name the students. "there was no one there at that time."

Belsam said the little girl could have got in the car when he went to the duty teacher.

"I got out of the car to find the duty teacher, but I couldn`t find it," he said. "I thought she wasn`t in the car."

Belsam said, Logan Coaches staff did not check the bus in the parking lot when Bobby called the police. "there were office workers, only 50 meters away from the bus, but they didn`t go to check the bus."

Around 07:10 that night, Bobby threatened Logan Coaches to send them a lawyer`s letter after she was spotted staring at her eyes, crying and knocking on the school door to come out.

Belsam said the company fired him on Tuesday. "I don`t think it`s fair to me. That`s what I want to say. I`m very disappointed in the company. "

In Belsam`s dismissal letter, Logan Coaches said that Queensland Transportation Director Bailey (Mark Bailey) made it clear that there was no room for defence and was unacceptable and that "we need to make sure that the same thing does not happen again."

Someone wrote a petition book for Belsam on the Internet, hoping to get his job reinstated.
